Oklou

Classically trained in piano and cello, Marylou Mayniel began producing electronic music as a teenager. Performing as Oklou, she released her debut album Choke Enough, which was named one of 2025’s best releases by Pitchfork, Billboard, Rolling Stone, The FADER, and Stereogum. The album features production from Casey MQ, Danny L Harle, and A. G. Cook, with guest appearances from Bladee and Underscores. In 2025, she also released a deluxe edition with new material and collaborations with FKA twigs.
